Seeking support from local businesses - email sent 6th October

Seeking sponsors for 2026

Good morning,

Each year, Encore Your Dance Family invites local businesses to help make our concert season special for Sunshine Coast children and families. We’d love to invite you to partner with us for 2026!

Our concert day features four performances, each with just over 600 seats. Families and friends gather throughout the day to watch their dancers, celebrate together and spend time in the venue foyer. It’s a wonderful opportunity to put your business in front of our local community while supporting an experience our students remember for years.

Presenting Partner — $3,950 | One available

Our leading partnership includes:

• “Presented by [Business Name]” recognition on the cover of our digital concert programme

• An exclusive inside front cover advertisement

• Your business video advertisement playing on loop on foyer screens throughout the entire concert day, across all four performances

• Six months of promotion through Encore’s studios, emails and social media, including dedicated posts, a reel, story mentions and business tags

Major Partner — $1,950 | Up to two available

• A prominent full page advertisement near the front of our digital concert programme

• Your business video advertisement playing on loop on foyer screens throughout the entire concert day, across all four performances

• Six months of promotion through our three studios, emails and social media, including dedicated features and business tags

Community Sponsor — $175 | Limited places available

• A half page advertisement in the sponsor section of our digital concert programme

• Your business logo and link shared in Encore emails

• Facebook sponsor shout-outs

Sponsorship helps us create a beautiful concert experience and keep dance accessible for the families who call Encore home. If one of these opportunities sounds like a fit for your business, simply reply to this email and we’ll send through the details.

We’d love to celebrate your business alongside our dancers this year!

Warmly, Kate and Zoe Encore Your Dance Family
