Dear Encore Family,

FINAL Uniform Information & Last Chance Orders for 2026!

Firstly, a huge welcome to all of our new trial families, and welcome back to all of our returning Encore families!

We understand uniforms have been a little confusing this year as we’ve been transitioning from our previous supplier to our new uniform system. Thank you so much for your patience throughout the change.

This is our final uniform update for 2026, including your last opportunities to purchase Encore uniforms and place merchandise orders this year.

Final Encore Uniform Sales

All current Encore uniform stock, second-hand uniforms, and second-hand dance shoes will be available for purchase at the following locations:

• Monday 20th July Moffat Beach | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

• Tuesday 21st July Aura | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

• Wednesday 22nd July Kawana | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

• Thursday 23rd July Kawana | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

As we are now more than halfway through the year, we will not be restocking our current Encore uniform range. This is your best opportunity to purchase any uniform items your dancer may need for the remainder of 2026, as once a size has sold out, it will not be replaced.

We’ll also have plenty of fantastic second-hand uniforms and dance shoes available, making this a great opportunity to grab a bargain while supporting other Encore families.

We’re also placing our FINAL uniform order for 2026 for some exciting Encore favourites!

Available by pre-order only:

• NEW Encore Jorts $49 (available in adult S, M or L)

• Encore Tracksuit Pants $50 (available in adult S, M or L)

• 2026 Concert T-Shirt $42 (available from kids 6-14 through to adult S-XL)

Our annual Concert T-Shirt has become a bit of an Encore tradition! Featuring all of our teachers in a fun graphic design, it’s always the piece my own children tell me is the “coolest” item of uniform each year. It also becomes a wonderful keepsake to remember our 2026 concert.

Please see the below images of our NEW Encore Jorts and last year’s Concert T-Shirt graphic for inspiration. This year’s Concert T-Shirt will feature a brand-new design while continuing the much-loved Encore tradition.

FINAL Orders Close Friday 25th July

We’ve intentionally kept orders open until Friday 25th July so families have the opportunity to visit one of our uniform sales first and purchase any remaining in-house or second-hand stock before placing an order.

This final deadline also allows enough time for stock to arrive and be professionally printed.

Payment is not required when placing your order. Payment can be made when your items arrive at the studio and are ready for collection.

Please note that no late orders can be accepted, and we will not be ordering any excess stock. Only families who submit their order before the deadline will receive these exclusive items.

If You Need Uniforms Later This Year…

If, later in the year, we no longer have your required size available, Showtime Dancewear stocks a version of our branded Encore crop top and shorts. Uniform is required for classes and children also wear their class uniform on stage for the concert finale dance at the end of the show!

These items are not sold through Encore and are priced considerably higher than our in-house uniform range, so we strongly encourage families to take advantage of our remaining stock while it’s available.

Ballet uniforms will continue to be available year-round through Showtime Dancewear as usual.
