FairPlay Vouchers!

Dear Encore Families,

We have some exciting news to share!

Encore Your Dance Family has officially been approved as a FairPlay Voucher Provider! 

This means eligible Queensland families can now use their FairPlay Voucher towards their Encore account fees.

The FairPlay program provides financial assistance to help children participate in sport and active recreation activities, helping more families access the activities they love.

We know many of our families have been eagerly waiting for this news, and we're absolutely thrilled to finally be able to offer this opportunity.

How can the voucher be used?

Your FairPlay Voucher can be applied as a credit to your Encore account and used towards eligible tuition fees. Depending on your family's enrolments and account balance, the voucher may cover all or part of your invoice.

Already have a FairPlay Voucher?

Simply email your voucher to Miss Zoe at misszoe@encorearts.com.au and our administration team will apply it to your Encore account.

💙 Funding Process

Please note that FairPlay funding is not automatically applied to your Encore account upon submission of your voucher.

Once received, vouchers must first be processed by the Queensland Government. This process may take 5–10 business days for the funding to be approved and deposited into Encore's bank account.

Once the funds have been received, your child's FairPlay funding will be applied to their Encore account and allocated against any outstanding tuition fees.

Important Information

Please note that FairPlay eligibility, applications, voucher release dates and approval decisions are managed entirely by the Queensland Government. Encore is an approved provider and can accept vouchers once issued; however, we are unable to determine eligibility or assist with the application process.

For information regarding eligibility requirements, future voucher rounds and applications, families should refer directly to the Queensland Government FairPlay program.
