*Free afterschool care provided by Encore staff for all dancers from 3:00pm to 3:30pm in the foyer / green room of the hall.  

*Dance class runs from 3.30pm to 5.00pm Thursdays in the dance studio.  

*Prep students are collected by the teacher and taken to the dance studio.  

*Students use this time to change into dance clothes and have a snack.  

*Classes will be capped by student/teacher ratio and split into groups pending age and ability.  Students will be learning a wide range of dance styles throughout the term. Full of fun and fitness!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Term Invoice = due within 21-days.  Invoiced received via email.  

Cost = $200 per term (ten-week term) exc GST 

$20 Annual Enrolment Fee (exc GST)

 

Family Discount:      10% applies to Second Sibling

                                    20% applies to Third Sibling

                                    30% applies to Forth Sibling

Ezidebit = Weekly payments made throughout the term. Direct debit form to be completed in the first week of Term. Ezidebit fees and charges apply.

TERM DATES

​

Encore commences classes the second week of Term 1 to allow students to settle into school in that first week.  The first term invoice will be adjusted accordingly.  

​

We still hold classes on public holidays and pupil free days.

​

Term 1:       Monday 29th January - Saturday 30th March

Term 2:       Monday 15th April - Saturday 22nd June 

Term 3:       Monday 8th July - Saturday 14th September 

Term 4:       Monday 30th September - Concert Day (Saturday 30th Nov)

DO YOU HAVE UNIFORMS?

Yes, we do! You will receive a free Encore T-shirt when you sign up.  No shoes are required.  

​

HOW DO STUDENTS WEAR HAIR TO CLASS?

​

Hair must be worn neatly up and off the face.  

​

DO PARENTS SIT IN CLASS AND WATCH?

​

No, it is much too distracting for students.  We want to have their full concentration every lesson.  

​

DO YOU HAVE A CONCERT?

​

We give all students the option to participate in our end of year concert.  However, this is not compulsory.  More information about the concert will be distributed throughout the year.
