Welcome Miss Brittany!

Miss Brittany recently moved from NSW where she was a full time teacher specialising in dance, Miss Brittany and her husband relocated to our beautiful Sunshine Coast during school closures in covid times and we couldn't have asked for a better #encorefamily team member!

Miss Brittanys qualifications include Master of Inclusive Education, Bachelor of Dance Education, she was trained in all genres of dance and studied RAD ballet. but here's some fun facts to really get to know Miss Brittany!

What's your favourite thing about teaching?

My favourite thing about teaching is seeing a student's face light up when they finally achieve something they never thought they could do. I love helping

my students grow, both in their skills and their confidence and just the overall joy that dance brings people.

What was your most memorable dance moment in life so far?

One of my most memorable dance moments was when I had the opportunity to be a part of the D'Arts Ensemble in Schools Spectacular in Sydney. I loved helping students with disabilities be a part of such a huge production.

What makes the Encore family the right studio for you as a teacher?

I pride myself on being able to form relationships with my students that enable them to feel supported and respected. I love being a part of dance communities that encourage students to grow, not only as dancers, but as individuals who are inclusive, supportive and kind. I believe that Encore already holds these values, so I'm looking forward to being a part of such a wonderful dance family!

Make sure you pop in and say hi to Miss Brittany!
